I’m not entirely convinced that Mitsubishi have made the Colt as economical as they could have done. I mean it does offer a combined MPG of 56 and a low co2 of 119 g/km, but there are other car manufacturers out there that are producing the same sized vehicles with lower Co2 and higher MPG.
However it is a snappy drive and perfect for the city to whizz in and out of traffic and park easily. Safety features are good and 1.3 petrol models are available from as little as £8,495 on the road.
Be careful when choosing which Colt you are going to buy because some of them will fall into the higher car tax brackets and have less fuel economy.
